Prices 2010

July, August & 1st 2 weeks of September - 675 Euros per week minimum (discount for more than 1 week rental). [Réduction pour plus qu'une semaine]).

Utilities & Other Expenses 2010

Utilities are included from 1 June - 8 Sept.

Electricity - For the balance of the year, electricity is 0.20 Euros per Kwh

ADSL - We charge a weekly fee of 19 Euros to connect to the ADSL modem. A full month is 36 Euros.

Fire wood (bois pour cheminé) is charged extra according to the amount used.

Water (l'eau) - included.

Security/Electrical/Caution - A 50% of rental fee Electric/Security Deposit required at the time of rental confirmation. This is in addition to the rental fees and separate from them. (50% de prix totale de location à confirmation)

Rental fees - are required in either Euros or the equivalent in US dollars.
Rental is non-refundable within 8 weeks of rental start date unless we can find someone to replace you, in which case we refund the whole amount minus banking and refund fees. (Location est payable 8 semaines avant le date commencement de location)

Bed tax - 0.30 Euros per person per day is now being charged by the village and will be deducted from your deposit from 1 June to 30 September.

Bank - All Bank charges, bank transfer fees, currency exchange fees and Express Mail (ChronoPoste) charges will be placed against the security deposit and are the responsibility of the renter. If payment is made by bank transfer or check then the fees will be subtracted from the security deposit before it is returned. If payment is made my credit card, then the fees are included in the required payment amount when you process your card payment (Les fais de banque ne sont pas inclu).

Payment by Credit Card - In 2010 we are offering payment by credit card. Please indicate that you wish to pay using your card when you confirm your intention to rent and we will send you a link to the card payment page. If payment is made my credit card, then the fees are included in the required payment amount when you process your card payment before the rental begins rather than after.
